Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments to CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16(FIN)? The roll was taken with the following result: HOUSE CS CSSCR 16(RLS) am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House amendments to CSSCR 16(FIN)? YEAS: 13 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Green, Halford, Leman, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Hoffman, Lincoln, Taylor Excused: Kelly 1997-05-11 Senate Journal Page 2023 SCR 16 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendments, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16(RLS) am H Urging the state executive branch administration, University of Alaska administration, and Alaska Court System administration to negotiate collective bargaining agreements that result in a net zero cost increase. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
